Her philosophy on food is that it should be fresh, creative, perfectly seasoned, and carefully prepared. You ll find her ideas deliciously carried out in every meal. In addition, she and her staff are an excellent source of information. Kris is an artist and art aficionado who shares her interest by displaying the work of several Caribbeans in the caf.
